Programme overview

What no other programme combines

01

Expert-led, multi-level entry

A free expert call places you at one of three levels, so you start where your skills genuinely are, not where you guess they might be.

02

Interviews as a hiring signal

You are interviewed by independent working engineers, with up to four opinions and an action list after every round.

03

Real service desk practice

Triage, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 scenarios using fictional users and safe lab environments. No real customer data.

04

Evidence you keep

Ticket case studies, a simple lab write-up and a CV draft you can walk an employer through. Practice and evidence, not a job guarantee.

The numbers

What we can show, and where it comes from

We only publish figures we can source or that describe the programme itself. Pilot results will be added once the first cohort completes.

44%

of tech workers say they plan to leave their role.

Nash Squared Digital Leadership Report 2025, which surveyed 2,015 technology leaders worldwide.

4

independent opinions at most before any recruiter review.

Programme design: interview rounds 1 to 3.

1 month

of application guidance after the course ends.

Programme design: CV tailoring, applications and next steps.
How it works

One programme, three ways in. Every learner leaves interview-ready.

Everyone starts with a free expert call. It decides which level fits you.

Level 1

Foundation

New to IT → Service desk ready

“I want to get into IT but I don’t know where to start.”

Mentorship in service desk basics, ticket handling and communication, so you are ready for the interview rounds.

Duration
Up to 6 weeks
Includes
Mentorship, then Level 2
Level 2

Interview Ready

Some knowledge → Confident interviewee

“I know the basics but interviews make me nervous.”

Mock interviews with working engineers, with an action list after each round and a different interviewer each time.

Duration
Up to 6 weeks
Includes
Interview rounds 1 to 3
Level 3

Recruiter Ready

Qualified → Vetted candidate

“I’m ready. I want the right people to see my profile.”

Two independent expert opinions in the first interview can take you straight to recruiter network review.

Duration
Up to 6 weeks
Includes
Interview 1, recruiter review
  1. Register and book

Complete the interest form, then choose a free intro call time.

  2. Expert assessment

A senior engineer interviews you and places you at the right level.

  3. Train or interview

Not ready yet? Complete mentorship. Ready? Move to the interview rounds.

  4. Recruiter network review

If you pass, you are put forward for review by recruiters who place people.

If a round doesn’t go well: you get a list of actions to apply, then retry with a different interviewer. If you don’t pass the third interview, a support programme follows. Recruiter introductions may be shared but are never guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

How does level placement work?

Before you start, you take a free intro call. A senior engineer asks about your experience and places you at the level that fits.

What are the entry requirements?

[Add your requirements, for example minimum age, right to work in the UK, and a computer with internet access.]

Is there a certificate?

No. This programme does not award an accredited qualification. You leave with evidence of what you did: ticket case studies, a lab write-up and a CV draft.

How is the programme delivered?

Online, over six weeks, with a live session each week and guided practice in between. [Add days, times and weekly hours.]

What are the programme fees?

The pilot cohort is free while we test the programme. Standard prices for later cohorts will be £299 for Level 1, £199 for Level 2 and £149 for Level 3. [Add the pilot end date.]

What if I don’t pass an interview?

You get a list of actions to work on, then retry with a different interviewer. A support programme follows after the third interview.

Do you guarantee a job or an interview?

No. We provide practice, evidence, honest feedback and guidance. Recruiter introductions may be shared but are not guaranteed.

How is this different from a self-paced course?

Self-paced courses teach content. Here you are assessed and coached by working engineers, and you leave with evidence of what you did.

I’m not sure which level is right for me. What should I do?

You don’t need to know in advance. Book a free call and we’ll place you.
