Terms
The rules for using entry2tech.com and taking part in the IT Support Career Accelerator.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use entry2tech.com or take part in the Entry2Tech IT Support Career Accelerator (the “programme”). Entry2Tech is run from London, UK. [Add your legal name and, if applicable, company number.] Contact: hello@entry2tech.com. By applying or taking part you agree to these terms.
2. The programme
- The programme is delivered online, with live sessions and guided practice, over up to six weeks.
- There are three levels: Foundation, Interview Ready and Recruiter Ready. A free intro call with a senior engineer decides which level fits you.
- Cohorts are small, usually 8 to 10 learners.
- Interview rounds are run by independent working engineers. You can receive up to four independent opinions, a written action list after a round that does not pass, and a support programme after the third interview.
- You also receive one month of application guidance after the programme.
3. Applying and eligibility
You must be aged [18] or over and able to join online sessions. Booking an intro call or completing the sign-up form does not guarantee a place. We may decline an application or move you to a different level.
4. The pilot cohort
The pilot cohort is free while we test the programme. Places are limited, and we may change or end the pilot. Standard prices for later cohorts are £299 for Level 1, £199 for Level 2 and £149 for Level 3. [Add the pilot end date.] In return we may ask for your feedback, and we will ask your permission before using your name or comments publicly.
5. Fees and payment
Pilot places have no fee. For later cohorts the fee for your level will be shown before you pay, and you will not be charged until you agree to it. [Add payment methods, instalment terms and whether prices include VAT.]
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can withdraw from the programme at any time by emailing us. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel a distance contract, are not affected by these terms. [Add your refund policy for paid cohorts.]
7. What we do and do not promise
We provide structured practice, scored mock interviews, honest feedback, written action lists, and a month of guidance after the programme.
We do not guarantee a job, an interview, an introduction to any recruiter or employer, a particular salary, or any accredited or university qualification. Entry2Tech is not a recruitment agency and does not charge fees for finding work. Any recruiter introductions are at our discretion and are never a condition of taking part.
8. Interviews and feedback
Interviewers give their own professional opinions. They are not employers and their feedback is not a job offer or a reference unless they say so in writing. Scores and feedback are there to help you improve.
9. The recruiter network
We only share your details with a recruiter after you give us permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time. Recruiters decide for themselves whether to contact you or offer work.
10. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, including about your experience and skills.
- Attend sessions and interviews on time, or tell us in advance if you cannot.
- Use only fictional users and practice environments for exercises. Do not use real customer accounts, employer systems or confidential data.
- Do not record sessions or share other learners’ details without permission.
- Treat staff, interviewers and other learners with respect. We may remove anyone who does not.
11. Our materials and your work
The programme materials, curriculum and website content belong to Entry2Tech and are for your personal use. You may not copy or resell them. You keep ownership of your own work, such as your CV and case studies.
12. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for the outcome of any job application.
13. Changes
We may update the programme or these terms, for example to improve the curriculum or the timetable. The date above shows when they last changed. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you.
14. Your information
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy notice.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
