Transparent pilot measures

Learn what helps people feel ready for support work.

This pilot is a chance to test the learning format, understand what participants find useful, and improve the next version. We will be clear about what the results can—and cannot—tell us.

Ask about the pilot
01

What we plan to learn

These are areas for pilot review, not published results or promised outcomes.

PARTICIPATION

Is the rhythm manageable?

Review attendance and whether the weekly mix of live learning and practice fits participants’ schedules.

PRACTICAL WORK

Can learners build useful examples?

Review whether participants can complete and explain their ticket notes, account-support tasks, and case studies.

FEEDBACK

What should improve?

Ask participants which activities helped, where they got stuck, and what support or explanation was missing.

NEXT STEPS

Do learners have a clearer plan?

Invite participants to reflect on their confidence and next steps before and after the cohort.

02

What the pilot does not claim

We will not present a small pilot as proof that the programme guarantees employment or employer endorsement.

  • No guaranteed job or interview.
  • No claim that completing the course alone makes someone job-ready.
  • No real customer systems or confidential employer data in practice tasks.
  • No success statistics until results have been collected and can be reported honestly.
03 · PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK

Your feedback shapes the next version.

Feedback should be optional, handled respectfully, and reported without identifying participants unless they explicitly agree.
